Tips on wearing emo/scene makeup?
Use pencil eye liner just lightly all around the eye then use liquid eyeliner, thickest at the top of the eye and pointed at one end but not the inside corner. Only draw it half the way across the bottom eyelid. This style is so over used so i like to put more designs into it, like a line around the point.
I really hate the scene trend, but if you want to line the top to look thick and black you can use liquid eyeliner or a Stilla Smudge Pot. And i use a q-tip in a little lotion on it to correct my eyeliner(my normal makeup)

www.sephora.com has TONS of makeup and how-tos
I would say heavy black eyeliner on the top/tightline and waterline, black mascara and bright eyeshadow.
Just keep going until it looks like you've been raped by John Wayne Gacy Jr.

Or any other clown.
if you think you put on enough make up, put on 3 more layers of it.
