but anyways, you're most likely asking about how to put on thick rings of black eyeliner.
start with your liquid eyeliner on your upper lash line and make it as thick as you'd like. then line your lower lash line (the outer and inner of your eye) with a black eyeliner pencil. smudge the lower liner a bit. finish with lots of black mascara.Help with Emo Makeup?
I just kept practising, I use to use a rimmel eyeliner that was quite thin. start from the inside of your lid and do a line accross your eyelid like near your eyelashes then let it carry on from the corner of your eyesthen bring it back. So you basically outline your eyes. I used to do mine like this:

see what I mean about the point at the corner of your eyes, looks pretty cool. Keep a baby wipe at hand to wipe away small mistakes to avoid having to start allover again too!
TBH, I had so much agro doing this though, I was called a greebo and everything so i stopped wearing it but I think it looks awesome.
