How do i do my eye makeup to look more like scene than emo?

I love the beautiful colors and how they go more over beyond the eye but i always use alot of black eyeliner that looks emo. Ya know the pretty pictures with different colors and designs...like

bright punkish random colours like pink orange yellow..etc. Use like navy blue eyeliner or browns. Black is basic. Use it thin and lightly if u don't wanna look emo. Emo is where u use black a lot. even eyeshadow and blush (shivers..makeup disaster much..)


In the pic the girl used green eye glitter, no eyeliner (if she did then very thin) and pink/purple eyeshadow (maybe a light shade of purple and a dark shade of pink combined) and also normal black mascara. Just do your makeup on an angled side just like she did. I use tape to angle my eyes and after im done applying the eye makeup remove it and TADA.

dont use so much black use black eyeliner but also lots of colorful eyeshadow Alot of it
