Take your emo eyepaint or eyeliner and apply it carefully on the bottom of your eyes. Make sure you get close to the lash line. Start on the inside corner of your eye and make a thin line going to the outside of your eye.


Apply your eyepaint/eyeliner in the same manner on top. Try for a rounded edge on the outside corner of your eye.


Apply a healthy amount of eye shadow to your eyelids after the eyeliner has dried.


You can create a shadow effect by applying a thin amount of a dark coloured eye shadow all around your eyes.


Apply one coat of black mascara.


If you want to, use foundation in a tone slightly lighter than your skin tone, or your own skin tone.

The Emo look works best on pale people, not tan people.





The Emo look: pale foundation, thick, black eyeliner, and black nail polish. Side-swept bangs that fall in your face are very emo.
Emo make up:REALLY awful and stupid.


As you have your hair hiding your one eye,you only make up the other one that others can see.


You use any colour of the rainbow for eyeshadow and make a thick eyeliner line on both your upper and lower eye lid.


Then you put on some glitter,glue some stars and crystal tears on or draw blood tears,scars,spiders,bats,emo logos and stuff.


Then you stop smiling,you act miserable,apathetic and heavily depressed and start cutting your hands and legs with a blade.You'll look so hot....


That should do the trick.
Black, black and more black. Lay H.E.A.V.Y on the eye liner, not just rimming your eyes, but about 3x that amount. Smearing it really makes it look good. U can use your finger but a q-tip makes it look trim. Also the classic smoky eye always gets you going. It's black but with a little variation to spice it up. Also they will sometimes have weird clashes of color with eye shadow, but still with the basic black. Here's a few pics for you to check to get some ideas:

oh yeah and you might consider finding a base that is lighter than your natural to give you the pale affect. Also, no bronzer or blush.





o btw i am NOT emo
emo makeup? well they (emo's) wear a lot of black shadow on the eye lid. with black or grey or possibly blue eyeliner on bottom part of eye. apply alot of coverup. no bronzer or blush. you want the pale effect with dark eyes.

IF YOU'RE A GUY:


1. Apply eyeliner or emo eyepaint. Get very close to your lash line. Look at pictures of guys wearing eyeliner; notice that they are not wearing a lot - just enough to show they have it on.


2. Eyeshadow is not mandatory, but if you are going to wear it, make sure it's not a sparkly neon color.


3. If you wish, use a lightening foundation.


4. Lipstick is, again, optional. If you are going to wear it, make sure to wear a tiny amount. Rub most of it off so it tints your lips, and doesn't paint them.

6. Cut your wrists with a spoon


7. Kiss boys





(only do steps 5-7 if you want the complete emo effect)





GIRLS:

8. Don't overdo the makeup- you may look like a poser.

- get a soft eyeliner dnt try liquid until you get better at applying it, make a straight, thin like with the eyeliner on the top lid, right along your lash line,and then open your eye to see how it looks. continue to build the line gradually thicker until it looks right for you, then apply it on the bottom lid along the lash line and in the inner part, then you can dab your eyes at bit with cotton wool or toilet paper but try to to smudge it

- get a good black eyeshadow and apply it like you would with normal eyeshadow then smudge it slighty to make it smoky





pale lips !!! (not black that is goth)


- people make the mistake that emos have black lips.... they dont goths have black lips emo's normally just have pale lips, slightly pink lips or just use clear lipgloss





black nails ... mine are black at the moment (basically all the time) but im not emo


- put a base coat on first so your nails don't stain, then apply one or two coats depending on what the nail varnish is like, then go over it with top coat to make it last longer and not chip easily
liquid eyeliner and kohl black eye pencil :) lots of it applied on the top and bottom lashes, and finished with lots of black mascara :)


they always have a very prominant fringe, which makes their eyes look more defined.
