Hot topic is great, Pac Sun and Forever 21 have some really bright neon jeans and other stuff, not a lot of that kind of clothing but I have found some really cool stuff there.
If you know your size try online and save time and gas!

If you are looking for a bargain and have the time go to Goodwill, not kidding, sometimes they have cute jeans for a dollar or two.
are you serious? there's no such thing as emo make up and jeans. its called eyeshadow and skinny jeans. if you were really emo, and not a poser, you'd know where to shop.
