Emo makeup (girl, eyeliner, and foundation for school lighting)?

I really wanna do dark colors on my eyes, and stuff.


But another thing, when I wear foundation and go to school, it looks weird and not right.


Anyway, I can't get my eyeliner to look right.

It sounds like your using really crappy make up, and not the right shading for your skin tone either.


Use liquid or spray foundations, because powder tends to look cakey.


Spray foundation will make you look flawless, and it will feel like you have virtually no make up on...just natural but flawless


Dior's spray foundation is the best, Diorskin Airflash...it's about 60 bucks.





If you prefer cheaper make up I suggest you use L'oreal's True Match line (about 12 bucks). It comes in a wide variety of different colours and goes on nice and smooth. If you're buying expensive department store make up like Dior, the girls selling it to you will put some on your skin and test it out to find your right colour, however if you're buying cheaper make up you won't get this. So hold the bottle of make up up to your skin, and make sure the colour matches. Make up should appear to melt or blend right into the skin, and you shouldn't be able to tell you're wearing it.





';Emo make up'; is easy...just put dark eyeliner on and a dark colour like purple for eyeshadow. Maybe you're using a crappy eyeliner too, if you're using a good kind it should go on perfectly without much effort. Anyways, to apply eyeliner, pull the skin under your eye taught, if you're ride handed, start from the right, if you're left, start from the left...draw a line to the middle of your eye, and then go over to the left side and draw another line connecting to the middle. I have that emo look and I've learned to master the makeup. All you really need to is practice. Might sound funny to practice applying makeup, but its what you got to do. I hate liquid eye liner. It's messy and looks like crap. So go for the pencil. It's easy to alter shades and doesn't run like liquid eyeliner!! For eye shadow, I use a dark brown overall and go over it with black and make the outer eye a dim dim black. Add a coat of mascara and you're ready for anything! I've also learned to cut out the foundation and cover up, because it's pointless. If people know you have acne, don't look like a fool when trying to cover it up.
you may not be using the right shade of foundation. i knew this one girl and her foundation was a bit darker than her skin tone and it didnt look so good
ok well im not emo, more like scene or whatever. but the two things are very similer. DONT GO HEAVY in the emo world its an art. try a little eyeliner but with cool colors awsome eyeshadows and to give a little cool affect use fake eyelashes but so big that it looks like you pasted twigs on your eyes. plus here is a hint if you actually think your emo make shure you deny it like a thousand times because there is nothing worse then a poser girl who calls herself emo.
