For eyeshadow, try to buy one of those eyeshadow quads, that come with 4 or more different colors. When apply eyeshadow, apply the lightest shade from the crease up to your brow bone to highlight the eye area. You then take the next darkest shade and apply that from the crease and around the entire eye lid. After that, you then take your darkest shade and apply that only along the crease. You can use the darkest color as an eyeliner for a smoky look or to add definition and shape to your eyes. For application products, you can get an eyeshadow brush or with a sponge applicator at any drugstore for a good price. Depending on your eye color, blue eyes look great with navy, deep plum, and burgundy colors. Green eyes look nice with chocolate browns, caramel, or even bronze. Brown eyes look nice with chocolate browns, deep plums, dark green, bronze, or even blue.Natural beauty tips?
I wish you'd give some stats about your self. Like skin tone. Eye color etc.

If you have small eyes. Apply the darker color to the outer corner of your eye (the corner farthest from your nose).

To make your eyes look bright and open. Try a slivery, gold, white, or anything similar to that and apply it on the inner corner of your eye (like right where your tear duct is) just be super careful not to get it in your eye. Keep your eye closed when you're doing it.

Take that same white, or sliver and apply it under your eyebrow (like you're heading towards your eye). This will make your eyebrows look polished but still very natural because you don't have to do that crazy plucking.

For a lip gloss try using a clear. If you want a little color go with something that has a peachy tint or a little pink tint to it.

A lot of people Live by bronzer. Personally I've always just used blush. Which ever you choose is right for you apply to the apples of your cheeks, On the bone and right below it (it'll make your face look more defined and it'll look natural). Take that same brush and put a little more on it then shake it off and blow on it. Run it along where your blush/bronzer is up to your nose get your nose and back down the other side to where your blush/bronzer is on the other side. It will either make you look like you have a natural glow or a little flushed depending on if you chose Blush or bronzer.

Now all of that above is if you want to get a few products. If you're looking for something super simple and takes like 5 minutes keep reading.

Get a moisturizer that you like. If you have blotchy skin try one that will make your skin tone look more even. Aveeno has a great one called Positively Radiant. Or get a tinted moisturizer.

Apply eyeshadow if you wish.

Add lip gloss or chapstick

And your done!

There are many make ups that have minerals added in now days to catch up on this trend of looking like you have glow. And you can find them all at your local wal-mart, traget, or drugstore. But try not to go to crazy in all this stuff or you'll ruin your young skin. Plus you don't want to look like a clown. . .who does though right.

**Remember: Less IS more**

One last thing if you want an actual mineral make up look it up online. . . There are lots of things out there aside from crazy expensive Bare Minerals.

I'll list some links starting with most expensive to least

Good Luck. I hope that helped you out some.
always apply your eyeshadow's darkest color closest to your eyelashes then the lighter goes up top. with blush I like pinks not reds because it looks less noticeable but still adds color
get some shadows in different shades, some makeup remover and spend a whole day experimenting with the look you want for yourself. eye liners require a lot of practice to get on so they look good. so do mascaras.

Start light and work to dark and wild. Remember the combinations that you like.

I usually put the darkest shade near the brow, but looking at the new makeup pics in mags, it seems to be all glittery for this christmas. My granddaughter had on the silver from lashes to brows and it made her look a bit ill. It highlighted her dark eyebrows a bit much.

If you are light blonde this might work well. but with darker shades you might try copper or gold.

Blushes should just give a nice glow to your cheeks.
Okay, I'm not gonna tell you to go out %26amp; buy the Bare Minerals, if you dont have a stomach ache on your face, you dont need Bismuth on your face. There are a tons of other mineral foundations out there that have ';real '; ingredients in them that are really healing for your face ! %26amp; IN independent labs.

Google it. or go on e-bay %26amp; search 'mineral foundations'.

once u do try minerals though ---,you probably wont go back to the others i warn you, , they feel so much better, lighter on your skin. okay, enuf of that!

on to the eyes you said .

if you want you eye make up to stay, use a powder on your lids first. then apply the lighter color you want on the entire lid. next, owing to the look you want to acheive, lets say, the day time look, okay ?

so--put your deeper color on the bottom part , the fold ,crease %26amp; down toward your eyelashes. you can stop there w/the shadows , or do a 2nd lid color w/it too, using a lighter color on top, as it accentuates %26amp; highlights the eyes!.

put it next to the eyebrows. if you have a blending brush, , blend them in, , you dont want th e dark on top though,--- or a plain cotton ball will work. .
I think this might be what your talking about. I want to start wearing my makeup differently too. I to, want a more natural look. =)
