For mascara: Go to Target, or Walmart. They have this mascara called Covergirl Marathon Waterproof Mascara. That **** lasts for WEEKS on my eyelashes! It's almost impossible to remove. You can get it for just $4.99





Black Lip gloss: Apply some lip balm (or chapstick) to your lips, then add black lipstick. Apply any random lipgloss. This will make your black lipstick glossy, and if anyone asks, just say it's black lipgloss!


Hot Topic has good lipstick for $3.99. Also, check their clearence isle, they might have some lipgloss in there for cheap!!

You can get some black lip gloss at Nordstrom and for the black eye makeup just get waterproof like loreal or revlon for the cheaper ones and for the more expensive you can probably get some at Nordstroms too
sephora has it all!
