don't over do the eyeliner and go easy on the eye shadow. You could try white (layered on kinda thick) or light blue to complement your eyes. Just make sure you don't pack it on, go light. Any light colors and pencil thin (try liquid because its darker) eyeliner would do fine!

Use gray and light blue shadow with dark blue eyeliner it will make your eyes pop! good luck and congrats!
