How can i do an emo/scene look (hair & makeup)?

i want an emo/scene look that would look good for me, something that would look good for me but have the emo/scene look.


pics would be nice. =]


i want to get a hair cut and dye some of it but not to drastic (something my mom would approve of) like alot of blonde hair cause i don't think it looks right for hispanics


though i was thinking two tones with blonde under done at a salon


and maybe i can do some crazy cool colors myself.


how should i color %26amp; cut my hair to achieve the emo/scene look?


makeup tips also?

cut the top so that you have layers!





remember, bangs are best if they start further back more at the crown of your head, not from the front.

You dont have to do crazy color, sometimes just one color is great just make sure you accessorize with bows or little tiaras :)

i like the more cool colorful hairs like these. i think the makeup should really be lighten up and more natural. instead of black eyeliner, shadow, mascarea, it should all be light brown. and all these people need tans too. dont forget about the wonderful sun !!!





quit wearing black eye liner, dont do ugly faces for the camrea, and theres a bunch of hairs, layer it from 3 inches from your top of your head all te way down into very long, if u get it done by someone u gota see the work they've done before and trust them 100% then put hair spray in it and strighten it to make it have lots and lots of body. then get colors put in it and coon tails. then put 1 or 2 cute bows in it. I LOVE BOWS !
ummm news flash! Many hispanics are born with blonde hair!!! I'm a natural blonde with green eyes and i'm hispanic.





Emo/scene is soooo dumb!! You have a cute face why would you want to do that creepy style that looks sick and tacky. Your first pic does looks scene and it doesn't look good. It ages you. Your second pic is more natural and looks way better.





Leave your hair how it is and add some highlights you will look prettier than the emo/scene crap.
You already have the bangs. Dye your hair black with some color in it and put some choppy layers in it. Then it will be easy to tease. You need to tease it in order to make it go poof (which is the scene look)





For the eyes wear some eyeliner and a lot of foundation only on your face. And also a very light color of lipstick

Well because u hav long hair layering the top a bit would give u more volume on the top of ur hair personally i think Platium Blonde or Balck hair. Then put Pink/blue in ur bangs and maybe some racoon tails in ur longer hair.


Make up - well foundation for ur skin colour , try and keep away from bronzer vo. Then black eyeliner and even some neon eyeshadow.

I think you should take a history class, you seem to not know that hispanics are fair skin with blonde and light eyes, they are not all tan!!!

its a pretty long process becoming 'scene' haha. when i was younger I was a little scene queen.


for your hair... has to be extremly long...with alot of layers. Your going to want to tell you stylist to chop it up , the top layers shouldnt be longer than 2 inches, and slowly getting longer...that way when you style it, you can make it spikey/poofy. Dont dye your hair on your own cause if you mess up...yeah.





scene/emo makeup is basically just heavy eyeliner . just put on a heavy basic eyeliner look on the top and bottom lids and put a tiny wing. should look decent.


other than that, scene/emo kids dont wear to much makeup.





(i dont suggest dying your hair, it has a very nice natural color... and youd have to bleach it to get it dyed. it would ruin it.)
