Has anyone go any natural beauty tips?

like you know-putting beer on your hair to make it shiny etc.Has anyone go any natural beauty tips?
Here's a good one:

Mix two tablespoons of brown sugar with a little bit of milk. This makes a great exfoliating scrub. You then massage it gently on your face and lips. You can also use it on your hands, feet, or any skin that needs exfoliating. It really works, and it leaves skin soft, healthy, and radiant.Has anyone go any natural beauty tips?
sure..

apply honey on ur face, body and hair..Honey makes ur skin smooth n ur hair shine.(u can mix coffee with honey and a lil olive oil to make natural scrub! yumm)

Fresh yoghart is awesome for ur hair..It conditions ur hair..

U can also apply yoghart with uptan or turmeric powder n apply it on ur skin for glow..

Sun burnt? Apply lemon or aloe vera..It soothes ur burnt skin..

Give ur skin a glowing start in the A.M. with some ice cubes pressed on ur skin..

And obviously a balanced diet and water helps even more!

Drink alot of water n wash ur face too!
I knwo this may sound silly, but just by modifying what I DRINK, I've noticed lots of improvements in my skin. I stopped drinking ALL soda (diet %26amp; regular) and substituted LOTS of GREEN TEA! It makes my skin clearer and fresher looking and I also notice a decrease in the appearance of wrinkles :) I drink like two to four cups a day!
Drink loads of water,Eat fruit and veg! i didnt think it would work but now that iv tried it...well its wroking,i get less spots and i look better!

I also use sudocrem...which is really good for getting rid of red marks, for example i get a spot and i put the cream on it before i go bed and in the morning it looks like its going, usually in two days the spot is almost gone...u know the one that is quite big and hurts lol.....so yeah i love this,u can buy it in tescos...boots i think,if your in the uk...think its near the baby section, cos its for all kinds of things, acne, sun burn....eczema! Well works for me! and its cheap i think!
Put cucumber slices on your eyes to refresh them

Rinse your hair in vinegar, to make it shine

Drink lots of water to hydrate your skin and body.
Olive oil in hair for night

Oats, honey and yoghart for face
